Move the mouse over the audio bar so that the cursor is the standard arrow. You can now move the whole audio bar by dragging it left and right. Notice how modifying the start and end points changes how far you can drag the audio bar. Drag the audio bar left to have the Mp3 file start playing back as the horse and rider are entering the arena.
